Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or Science desired
  • 7+ years of applicable Oracle Fusion configuration experience; or equivalent education and/or work-related experience
  • Oracle Certification and Training with a demonstrated application of skills and knowledge
  • Demonstrated in-depth knowledge and expertise in Oracle Fusion configuration
  • Mastery of at least one area of expertise across Oracle HCM
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Effective collaboration skills, including working in a distributed team environment
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to manage projects and facilitate team interactions
