About the role

  • Conduct inclusive and thorough requirements gathering to understand diverse customer needs and objectives
  • Analyze, develop, and test customizations for SyteLine and INFOR CSI systems
  • Create and maintain clear, accessible documentation of project specifications, estimates, and timelines
  • Work closely with client stakeholders, fostering a respectful and inclusive environment throughout project phases

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in SyteLine ERP/INFOR CSI development
  • At least 10 years in consulting and ERP customization
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
  • Advanced expertise in .NET technologies, including T-SQL, VB.NET, and SQL Server Reporting Services
  • Strong background in ERP systems, with a focus on SyteLine and INFOR
  • Previous experience in the manufacturing sector
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for client site visits, internal meetings, and sales support
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
