About the role
- Prospect new clients to develop business and sell the company’s services;
- Identify opportunities, maintain contacts and schedule visits to assess the client profile and needs in order to present solutions and increase the company’s market share;
- Prepare commercial proposals, offering the best solutions for clients and the best cost–benefit options to close sales;
- Discuss client needs with the technical team, evaluate projects and suggest modifications;
- Participate in project presentation meetings and follow up the process until completion;
- Visit clients to strengthen relationships, promote the company brand and new releases with the aim of building loyalty;
- Identify new business opportunities and address objections that may affect client retention;
- Stay aware of market conditions and competitor behavior to support managers in defining the company’s commercial strategy, and keep updated on new products and services through research and participation in industry events, lectures, courses, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Financial Management, International Trade (Comex), International Relations or related fields;
- Active ABT1 certification;
- Intermediate level of English;
- Experience with financial and/or foreign exchange products and services;
- Direct experience in structured client prospecting, market research and studies, lead qualification, client visits and meetings to present products and services, issuing quotes and proposals, negotiation and closing sales;
- Hunter profile with active client prospecting;
- Persuasive and self-managing profile.
