About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee daily program operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Supervise, support, and develop staff through coaching, evaluations, and professional development.
- Manage personnel needs including recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Monitor billing, budgets, and financial reports to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Review and maintain service recipient charts, reports, and documentation.
- Act as a liaison with regulatory bodies, social service agencies, and families/guardians.
- Promote quality improvement, safety, and a nurturing environment across all programs.
- Lead with integrity, communication, and collaboration to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A degree in Human Services or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Experience in budget management and human resources preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to adjust to program needs and schedules.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
