About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provides evaluation of programmatic work to leadership by reviewing information entered into PHS by Program Managers and others for compliance with state regulations
Review records prepared and entered into the system by others for accuracy, completeness, and compliance according to regulatory guidelines
Recommend actions to fix repeating issues
Assist VP, Directors, and others in implementing accepted recommendations
Collaborate with VP, Directors, and staff to improve effectiveness and efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in DDA, ECF, CLS, Waiver, Family Model services
Knowledge of practices and techniques of programming for individuals with intellectual disabilities
Ability to exercise judgment in interpreting and implementing programs
Good computer skills; this is a paperless agency
Must be able to work without close supervision
The ability to interact with a wide range of people
Must be flexible and organized
