IDD QA Consultant – Part-Time
AdvanceCarePart-Time DDA Program Consultant ensuring compliance with Tennessee state standards in a hybrid role. Evaluating programmatic work and providing directions on necessary corrections to improve services.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides evaluation of programmatic work to leadership by reviewing information entered into PHS by Program Managers and others for compliance with state regulations
- Review records prepared and entered into the system by others for accuracy, completeness, and compliance according to regulatory guidelines
- Recommend actions to fix repeating issues
- Assist VP, Directors, and others in implementing accepted recommendations
- Collaborate with VP, Directors, and staff to improve effectiveness and efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in DDA, ECF, CLS, Waiver, Family Model services
- Knowledge of practices and techniques of programming for individuals with intellectual disabilities
- Ability to exercise judgment in interpreting and implementing programs
- Good computer skills; this is a paperless agency
- Must be able to work without close supervision
- The ability to interact with a wide range of people
- Must be flexible and organized
