Waiver QA Consultant – Part-Time

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides evaluation of the Programmatic work to the leadership team by reviewing the various information that is entered into PHS by Program Managers and others as to ensure compliance with state regulations
- Review records as prepared and entered into the system by others of individuals' program progress for accuracy, completeness, and compliance according to the regulatory guidelines
- Assist VP, Directors, Program Managers, and others in implementing those recommendations that are accepted
Requirements
What you’ll need- Tennessee Department of Disability and Aging programs experience
- Experience in DDA, ECF, CLS, Waiver, Family Model services
