About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Review programmatic work ensuring compliance with Tennessee state standards
Assist with necessary corrections for the Agency
Evaluate Programmatic work to the leadership team
Review documentation and record retention to assure correctness by state standards
Answer questions and provide direction on any improvement and correction needed
Recommend action needed to fix repeating issues
Assist VP, Directors, Program Managers, and others in implementing accepted recommendations
Review processes and procedures to ensure compliance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Tennessee Department of Disability and Aging programs experience
DDA, ECF, CLS, Waiver, Family Model services knowledge
Ability to prepare necessary reports and records of individuals' program progress with accuracy and completeness
Ability to exercise judgment in interpreting and implementing programs
Ability to implement proper practices and techniques of supervision
Must be flexible and organized
Must have good computer skills, we are a paperless agency
Must be able to work without close supervision
Ability to interact with a wide range of people
Good communication skills are a must
