HomeCare Consultant
AdvanceCarePart-Time HomeCare Consultant focusing on operations in a Tennessee-based non-medical agency. Providing insights for growth and compliance improvements within Homecare Division.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review Homecare operations alongside the team to identify growth constraints and improvement opportunities
- Share findings and recommendations with leadership to increase growth
- Review the Homecare Division's retention of clients and caregivers, suggest ways to improve retention
- Review outreach, referral sources, and recruitment channels; recommend improvements to increase referrals and hiring
- Assist in implementing those recommendations that are accepted
- Review processes and procedures to ensure compliance, suggest improvements
- Work with management to improve the growth rate of the Homecare Division
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must live in Tennessee
- Must have HomeCare Agency experience
- Experience running operations in a non-medical Homecare agency (Administrator, Owner, Director, Operations/Branch Manager level or equivalent)
- Ability to prepare necessary reports to present recommendations for improvement
- Effective verbal and written communications with company staff
- Must be flexible and organized
- Ability to work without close supervision
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of people
- Must be able to deal with confidential material/documents with discretion and confidentiality.
- Must be tech-savvy
