About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provides evaluation of the Programmatic work to the leadership team by reviewing various information
Review records as prepared and entered into the system by others of individuals' program progress for accuracy
Recommend action needed to fix repeating issues
Assist VP, Directors, Program Managers, and others in implementing recommendations
Work with the VP, Directors and other staff to become more effective and efficient

Requirements

What you’ll need

Tennessee Department of Disability and Aging programs experience
10 to 15 hours per week availability
Ability to prepare necessary reports and records
Experience in DDA, ECF, CLS, Waiver, Family Model services
Knowledge of practices and techniques of programming for individuals with intellectual disabilities
Ability to exercise judgment in interpreting and implementing programs
Ability to implement proper practices and techniques of supervision
Must be flexible and organized
Must have good computer skills, we are a paperless agency
Ability to maintain effective verbal and written communications with company staff
