About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Review Homecare operations alongside the team to identify growth constraints and improvement opportunities
Share findings and recommendations with leadership to increase growth
Review the Homecare Division's retention of clients and caregivers and suggest ways to improve retention
Review processes and procedures to ensure compliance and suggest improvements
Work with management to improve the growth rate of the Homecare Division

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must live in Tennessee
Must have HomeCare Agency Experience
Experience running operations in a non-medical Homecare agency (Administrator, Owner, Director, Operations/Branch Manager level or equivalent)
Ability to prepare necessary reports to present recommendations for improvement
Ability to maintain effective verbal and written communications with company staff
Must be flexible and organized
Must be able to work without close supervision
Must be tech-savvy.
