About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review Homecare operations alongside the team to identify growth constraints and improvement opportunities
- Share findings and recommendations with leadership to increase growth
- Review the Homecare Division's retention of clients and caregivers and suggest ways to improve retention
- Review processes and procedures to ensure compliance and suggest improvements
- Work with management to improve the growth rate of the Homecare Division
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must live in Tennessee
- Must have HomeCare Agency Experience
- Experience running operations in a non-medical Homecare agency (Administrator, Owner, Director, Operations/Branch Manager level or equivalent)
- Ability to prepare necessary reports to present recommendations for improvement
- Ability to maintain effective verbal and written communications with company staff
- Must be flexible and organized
- Must be able to work without close supervision
- Must be tech-savvy.
