HomeCare Consultant
AdvanceCarePart-Time Consultant reviewing and improving HomeCare operations at AdvanceCare Health Services. Seeking someone with agency experience and a high level of energy.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Reviews Homecare operations alongside the team to identify growth constraints and improvement opportunities
- Shares findings and recommendations with leadership to increase growth
- Reviews the Homecare Division's retention of clients and caregivers, suggests ways to improve retention
- Reviews processes and procedures to ensure compliance, suggests ways to improve
- Works with management to improve the growth rate of the Homecare Division
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must live in Tennessee
- Have Agency Experience
- Experience running operations in a non-medical Homecare agency (Administrator, Owner, Director, Operations/Branch Manager level or equivalent)
- Ability to prepare necessary reports to present recommendations for improvement
- Effective verbal and written communications with company staff
- Must be flexible and organized
- Ability to interact with a wide range of people
- Must be able to deal with confidential material/documents with discretion and confidentiality
- Must be tech-savvy
