About the role

  • Review Homecare operations alongside the team to identify growth constraints and improvement opportunities
  • Share findings and recommendations with leadership to increase growth
  • Review the Homecare Division's retention of clients and caregivers and suggest ways to improve retention
  • Review outreach, referral sources, and recruitment channels for clients and caregivers, and recommend improvements
  • Assist in implementing accepted recommendations
  • Review processes and procedures to ensure compliance and suggest improvement ways
  • Work with management to improve the growth rate of the Homecare Division

Requirements

  • HomeCare Management experience
  • Experience running operations in a non-medical Homecare agency (Administrator, Owner, Director, Operations/Branch Manager level or equivalent)
  • High-speed internet and necessary equipment (27" or larger monitor, mouse, keyboard)
  • Ability to prepare necessary reports to present recommendations for improvement
  • Ability to maintain effective verbal and written communications with company staff
  • Flexibility and organization
  • Ability to work without close supervision
  • Ability to interact with a wide range of people
  • Ability to deal with confidential material/documents with discretion and confidentiality
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with software and technology
