About the role
- Ensure that processes and quality standards are up to date and observed company-wide
- Audit the accuracy and timeliness of documentation necessary for billing
- Prepare and maintain accurate audit working papers and files to support audit findings
- Work with management to ensure compliance and regulations are being followed
- Compare billable notes with services billed and record any needed billing corrections
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned and as needed
Requirements
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have consistent and dependable transportation
- Must be over the age of 18
- Valid driver's license
- Able to clear a criminal background Check (7-10 years)
- Must have high-speed internet
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance programs
- Experience in healthcare or quality assurance is helpful
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Publisher, Excel, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Google Suites Products (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
- Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm
