About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Achieve or exceed district total sales and profitability goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5 years of experience managing a team of 10-20 General Managers who supervise from 10-30 Team Members in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Proven track record in meeting sales and gross margin targets in a multi-unit environment
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related area preferred
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • ASE certification preferred, but not required
