About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Supply Chain leadership to implement AP/EHS strategies.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Asset Protection & EHS Managers.
- Drive continuous improvement in safety performance through root cause analysis and injury prevention initiatives.
- Analyze safety, security, inventory, and operational performance metrics.
- Conduct Distribution Center assessments, operational reviews, and facility audits.
- Lead or oversee investigations involving workplace incidents and security breaches.
- Support physical security programs and collaborate with various teams for compliance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of Asset Protection, Environmental Health & Safety, Risk Management, or Supply Chain Security experience.
- 5+ years of leadership experience supporting multi-site operations within Distribution Centers, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Retail Supply Chain environments.
- Experience conducting workplace incident investigations and implementing corrective action programs.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety compliance requirements.
- Successful completion of an extensive background check.
- Wicklander-Zulawski certification or equivalent investigative interviewing certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
