About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and develop a team of approximately 15 AP/EHS leaders, accountable for shrink reduction, inventory integrity, safety and security, fraud prevention, investigations, cash handling, regulatory compliance, and incident response
Develop, deploy, and continuously improve regional AP & EHS strategies aligned with enterprise goals
Partner with senior leadership on risk mitigation and regulatory compliance
Oversee all AP activities, including shrink reduction and internal investigations
Identify health and safety hazards and establish prevention strategies
Serve as primary AP/EHS point of contact for assigned Operations teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Expert knowledge of AP and EHS strategy, investigations, and incident response in a multi-unit retail and logistics environment
Proven ability to lead leaders and deliver results across large, geographically dispersed teams
Strong conflict management and decision-making skills, including the ability to operate independently in high-stress situations
Proficient project planning and execution skills with the ability to balance competing priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data-driven reporting tools
Deep understanding of internal investigation methodologies in a retail environment.
