About the role

  • Sell or oversee the selling of automotive products
  • Work with District Leaders and General Managers
  • Implement new Commercial Sales programs
  • Visit assigned accounts and make sales calls
  • Maintain database of account sales call activity
  • Communicate with Store Team regularly
  • Provide feedback to business partners
  • Partner in the development and retention of Commercial Parts Pros
  • Assist in other functions as assigned

Requirements

  • 3-5 years related selling experience
  • Working knowledge of Advance products and services
  • Working knowledge of the APAL system
  • Working knowledge of automotive systems
  • Speak and write English (Spanish a plus)
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Use Microsoft software effectively (Word, Excel required – PowerPoint preferred)
  • Ability to calculate figures and review business reports
  • Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed
  • Ability to travel overnight occasionally
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be fleet safety certified.
