About the role
- conduct and deliver timely Quality Assurance audits and effectively communicate results and required actions to the team
- document and report all Quality Assurance testing results
- communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- deliver training and guidance based on QA findings
- manage and prioritize projects to meet established deadlines
- interpret client’s business guidelines and policies to ensure compliance with legal and company guidelines and processes
- lead projects and initiate solutions and process improvements and key initiatives to completion.
Requirements
- a minimum of 12 months experience conducting "live reviews" in a Compliance Review role at Adstra and has consistently received very strong QA ratings
- experience in compliance, quality assurance, marketing
- experience with creative asset review for direct marketing promotions
- proven ability for attention to detail, interpreting guidelines, making decisions and effectively meeting deadlines
- College Degree from an accredited college or university (Business, Marketing preferred) or 5-7 years of professional experience in lieu of college degree required
- must have experience as a QA reviewer with a very strong QA rating for a minimum of 12 months at Adstra
- 4+ years in compliance and creative content quality reviews
- strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
- ability to deliver high-level quality work
- interpretation of information and decision-making skills to make judgments and determine if guidelines apply
- organized self-starter with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects in a deadline intensive environment.
