Job Level

About the role

  • Set product operating rhythms (planning, discovery, delivery, launch readiness) and ensure teams are aligned to clear outcomes (OKRs/KPIs).
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Design leadership to maintain durable, empowered product teams with strong discovery capabilities.
  • Establish high standards for product strategy, discovery artifacts, written narratives, and decision-making quality.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Own product strategy and roadmap for assigned areas of Adstra’s data and identity offerings, grounded in customer needs, market dynamics, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead modern product discovery and delivery: continuously identify problems worth solving, validate solutions quickly, and ship iteratively to drive adoption, retention, revenue, and customer value.
  • Serve as the accountable leader for value and viability—ensuring solutions are loved by customers and workable across the business (privacy, security, legal, compliance, finance, sales, delivery, and operations).
  • Develop deep customer and industry expertise across identity and data workflows (collection, resolution, enrichment, governance, activation, measurement) and translate insights into product advantage.
  • Create crisp positioning and product narratives in partnership with Product Marketing, Marketing, and Sales; enable GTM teams with compelling value propositions, pricing/packaging input, and competitive differentiation.
  • Partner with Engineering to define platform capabilities, API contracts, reliability/latency expectations, data quality metrics, and roadmap sequencing that supports scalable delivery.
  • Define and monitor success metrics (OKRs/KPIs), instrumentation, experimentation approaches, and feedback loops to drive continuous improvement.
  • Navigate complexity and constraints typical to the category: privacy-by-design, consent, data rights, identity graph quality, partner dependencies, and evolving regulation and platform policies.
  • Build alignment across stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, Delivery, Legal/Privacy, Security, Data Science, Partnerships) and make clear tradeoffs with sound judgement.
  • Represent Product leadership in executive and customer-facing settings; communicate strategy, progress, risks, and decisions through structured, data-informed narratives and presentations.
  • Travel required; expected to participate in key customer/partner meetings, QBRs, and industry events to deepen customer empathy and sharpen product strategy.
  • Demonstrate strong AI literacy and apply AI thoughtfully across the product lifecycle (discovery, delivery, operations).

Requirements

  • Deep domain experience in data/identity and adtech/martech ecosystems; understands identity resolution, onboarding/activation, measurement, clean rooms, and partner/platform dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead empowered product teams to outcomes using modern discovery methods (rapid prototyping, customer testing, data-informed decisions).
  • Strong product sense: customer empathy, market insight, business viability instincts, and mastery of product tradeoffs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to influence through structured narratives, clear thinking, and data/logic—without relying on authority.
  • High integrity and strong collaboration skills; builds trust across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Legal/Privacy, and customer teams.
  • Proven ability to maintain focus, avoid “feature factory” dynamics, and drive toward the smallest set of changes that create the largest impact.
  • Strong analytical capability: defines metrics, reads signals, and translates ambiguity into prioritized action.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment; a true “CEO of the product” mindset with ownership of results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience (technical degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience building technology products, including 3+ years leading product teams.
  • Experience shipping data-intensive platforms, APIs, or enterprise SaaS products; experience with identity/data products strongly preferred.
