About the role

  • Strategic management and oversight of our client accounts
  • Responsibility for complex Seller and Vendor setups
  • Building strong, long-term client relationships
  • Planning, prioritization and management of all tasks in the project tool Monday
  • Ensuring quality, timely execution and results orientation
  • Management of Amazon SEO, variation logic, flatfiles, feed structures & content funnel
  • Active capacity management
  • Development and improvement of internal processes, SOPs and templates
  • Identifying new service opportunities
  • Participation in cross-team projects to improve quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Amazon Seller/Vendor management
  • Deep understanding of Amazon SEO, content, flatfiles, variation, feed and index logic
  • Strong project management skills — ideally with Monday
  • Clear sense for resource planning and realistic timelines
  • Comfortable leading client meetings, workshops and webinars
