About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the daily management, monitoring, and optimization of Access Control and Video Management Systems (VMS) across client environments
- Manage service tickets end-to-end, from intake through resolution and quality inspection with a relentless focus on client satisfaction
- Prepare and deliver clear, actionable reports on system health and performance trends for client leadership
- Collaborate with ADRM teams, client IT departments, end users, and systems integrators to drive successful implementations and upgrades
- Proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities across client security platforms before they become problems
- Represent ADRM in client meetings and calls with technical credibility and strong professional communication
- Support project management activities during system deployments and technology transitions
- Participate in client on-call rotation as needed to ensure continuity of service
- Travel to client sites as needed to support implementations, system commissioning, and relationship-building
- Partner with peers and leadership to maintain client priority lists and track critical path items
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, related field, or equivalent professional experience preferred
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing enterprise physical security systems, including Access Control and Video Management Systems
- Certification(s) in C-CURE, Genetec, Milestone, Axis, or other leading access control and video management platforms
- Experience with physical security system implementations and commissioning
- Strong familiarity with visitor management and intrusion detection platforms
- Strong working knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, firewalls, and virtual machine environments
- Experience with Office 365 and enterprise IT environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client priorities, service tickets, and deadlines with precision and calm
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you can translate technical complexity for non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, distributed team
- Ability to walk long distances during site visits and commissioning
