About the role

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of a DevSecOps mega program on Azure DevOps Server

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years overall delivery experience
  • 3–5+ years leading large platform/DevOps programs
  • Government/regulatory sector experience is a plus
  • PMP/Prince2 preferred
  • Agile/SAFe exposure preferred
  • Strong understanding of DevSecOps lifecycle, CI/CD concepts, release governance, and evidence-based delivery
  • Ability to translate tooling outputs into executive KPIs and readiness decisions
