Marketing

• Write content; ensure voice, quality of content, and communications are consistent with the organization’s message and voice
• Plan and execute large-scale fundraisers/galas and provide support for additional events
• Execute website requests, build pages, and manage edits
• Ensure that brand guidelines are adhered to in all marketing materials
• Utilize graphic design capabilities to maintain and create supporting documents with programs such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Create and track email campaigns; monitor performance metrics and support ongoing optimization
• Juggle projects with competing deadlines from multiple departments
• Coordinate the printing/production of collateral materials
• Assist the Director of Marketing and support the marketing team with ongoing initiatives
• Execute day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinate marketing projects and tasks as requested
• Work collaboratively with all the departments to coordinate and execute tasks aligned with AGCI’s strategic plan
