Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Infrastructure logistics team within a centralized supply chain model supporting a multi-site healthcare enterprise
Supervise, train, and schedule daily activities of the supply chain team including centralized ordering, receiving, transport, and distribution
Manage centralized warehouse operations including inventory storage, staging, replenishment, and maintain tracking systems
Ensure inventory accuracy, uphold FIFO and product expiration protocols, and maintain a clean, secure, compliant storage environment
Implement and maintain safe material handling practices, proper labeling, and clear workspace layout
Oversee procurement and distribution of medical supplies and DME to clinical sites; collaborate on stock level monitoring and order fulfillment
Coordinate delivery of supplies and materials to clinical and administrative sites; oversee courier services and internal move logistics including FF&E transport and building relocations
Develop and manage reporting systems tracking delivery efficiency, inventory usage, and order fulfillment rates; provide dashboards to leadership
Ensure adherence to internal policies, healthcare regulations, HIPAA guidelines, and vendor agreements; promote safety and oversee safety training
Act as primary liaison with vendors for medical supplies, equipment, and courier services; support vendor evaluation and contract renewals
Oversee logistics software and identify areas for automation or system enhancements
Engage stakeholders across clinics and departments, support improvement initiatives, special projects, and emergency supply coordination
Support development and tracking of the supply chain operating budget, provide cost forecasting and identify cost-saving opportunities
Requirements
Associates Degree in related field with 3+ years of supervisory experience in supply chain/logistics OR Bachelor's Degree in Supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
3 years Supervising supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations
3 years Experience managing inventory systems, vendor relationships, and procurement processes
Valid Texas Drivers License Upon Hire (TXDL)
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (required); Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt within 1 year
Experience with vendor evaluation, procurement coordination, and contract renewals
