About the role
- Oversees the development, maintenance, and enhancement of reporting systems
- Automates reporting wherever feasible
- Develops key performance indicator dashboards
- Identifies and implements data strategy initiatives
- Collaborates with stakeholders to determine data analytic priorities
- Leverages Snowflake and embedded reporting capabilities
- Reports to VP of Quality, Analytics and Performance Improvement
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Master's degree or higher in Public Health, Health Informatics, Data Science, or a related field
- 8 years in healthcare, with a focus on health-related data analytics and business intelligence
- 3 years experience with healthcare quality metrics
- 3 years of T-SQL scripting
- 3 years working in Epic
- 3 years of experience utilizing Epic’s Clarity and Caboodle data models
- 1 year of experience with Python scripting
- Proven track record of leading a data analytics team
- Expertise in health data analytics, including knowledge of relevant tools and software
- Epic Cogito, Clarity Data Model, Caboodle Data Model certification (upon hire)
