About the role

  • Creatively solve technical and conceptual challenges and manage implementations
  • Responsible for the solution design of complex software systems and application landscapes
  • Plan and create solution architectures and cross-cutting concepts
  • Ensure non-functional requirements (state-of-the-art quality and security standards)
  • Provide cross-team coaching and take a lead role in architecture, design, implementation and methodology
  • Collaborate interdisciplinarily with various stakeholders across multiple teams
  • Produce architecture documentation (arc42, C4)

Requirements

  • Fluent German in spoken and written (C1); good English skills
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in solution architecture
  • Solid knowledge in specifying and designing software architectures (e.g., UML, DDD, OOA, OOD)
  • Very good and broad technical architecture knowledge around cloud, security, and platform requirements
  • Ideally ISAQB or similar certifications
  • Pragmatic, solution-oriented, with strong abstraction skills
  • Excellent communication and persuasive abilities
