About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements and translate them into actionable BI dashboards and reports
Design and develop scalable data models, ERDs, and data flow diagrams
Build and maintain data marts to enable advanced analytics
Develop and deliver reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI and Tableau
Apply predictive modeling and statistical analysis to identify trends and forecast outcomes
Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude) to enhance analytics workflows and reporting capabilities
Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support business decisions
Ensure data quality, governance, and integrity across systems
Troubleshoot complex data issues and provide effective technical solutions
Support data governance initiatives, including metadata management and master data management (MDM)
Participate in the full data project lifecycle (intake, estimation, prioritization, and delivery)
Identify and validate new data sources
Contribute to strategic data initiatives and continuous improvement effort

Requirements

What you’ll need

8–10+ years of experience in BI development, database development, or data analytics
Strong expertise in SQL (including advanced functions such as window functions and CTEs)
Data modeling and data warehousing concepts
ETL processes and tools
Advanced experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms
Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling
Familiarity with modern BI ecosystems, including data lakes and dimensional modeling
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience using AI tools to accelerate analytics workflows
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
Experience working in distributed or remote teams
Background supporting business stakeholders across multiple functions
