Adoreal is seeking a results-driven SEO Expert to enhance our online visibility and drive qualified traffic across multiple digital platforms.
You’ll collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to develop data-backed SEO strategies that boost rankings, conversions, and brand growth.
You need to architect SEO strategies that scale across 25+ clinics without proportionally scaling effort.
Design standardized SEO playbooks for aesthetic / plastic surgery clinics.
Create template-based strategies for different clinic types (new vs. established).
Build scalable local SEO systems for multi-location optimization.
Develop content frameworks specific to cosmetic procedures.
Work with the automation team to implement strategies.
Implement automated technical audit systems.
Create self-service SEO tools for account managers.
Integrate AI tools for content optimization at scale.
Monitor portfolio-wide SEO performance.
Identify cross-clinic optimization opportunities.
Develop competitive strategies for local markets.
Create predictable SEO growth models.
Train account managers on SEO best practices.
Document all processes for scalability.
Requirements
5+ years Global SEO experience, preferably in healthcare/medical
Proven track record scaling SEO across multiple locations/brands
Deep technical SEO expertise (Core Web Vitals, schema, site architecture)
Experience with automation tools and APIs
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Nice-to-Haves:
Medical/healthcare marketing experience
Knowledge of plastic surgery industry
Experience with n8n or similar automation platforms
Python/JavaScript skills for automation
Enterprise SEO tool expertise (Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog)
