About the role

  • Deliver end-to-end features, from API design (Ruby on Rails) to user interface implementation (React), ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product team to understand requirements, propose solutions, and iterate on feedback.
  • Optimize existing application code to improve performance and maintainability.
  • Take the initiative to improve our architecture, design, and development workflows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails and React with TypeScript
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with complex analytical queries (Snowflake is a plus)
  • Comfortable working with REST APIs and distributed systems
  • Embrace modern development practices: testing, code reviews, CI/CD
  • Strong communication skills and enjoy working closely with Product teams
  • Care about user experience and pay attention to detail
  • Fluent in English. French is a plus
  • Based in the CET/CEST timezone ± 2h (for team collaboration)
