About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop high-quality, reliable, testable, and maintainable code using modern engineering practices
- Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, debugging, and documentation
- Use AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, and debugging while validating outputs for correctness and quality
- Review and improve code for performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Collaborate with engineers through stand-ups, code reviews, and design discussions
- Contribute to solution design and improve product quality, reliability, and performance with guidance
- Solve issues, debug problems, and iterate on solutions
- Communicate ideas, ask questions, and incorporate feedback
- Grow technical and professional skills while contributing to Adobe’s engineering culture
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s academic program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
- Graduation between December 2027 and June 2028
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and coding principles
- Experience through coursework, personal projects, or internships building applications or systems
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle
- Exposure to or interest in modern development tools, including AI-assisted tools
- Understanding of how to use AI-assisted tools responsibly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and take initiative
- Clear communication and effective collaboration skills
- Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May and September
- AI or recording tools are not permitted during live interviews unless explicitly invited, approved in advance, or part of a reasonable accommodation
