About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the end-to-end core Product Marketing strategy for Adobe Education Institutions
- Develop market strategy, positioning, commercialization, product launches, customer insights, and GTM execution
- Drive growth with Creative & Business Professional audiences across Adobe’s portfolio
- Lead market analysis and identify, prioritize, and scale future growth segments, audiences, products, and geographies
- Lead GTM strategy and execution for major product launches
- Ensure cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership
- Build and evolve GTM deliverables including messaging, positioning, use cases, offers, product launches, roadmap development, sales enablement, personas, and competitive insights
- Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles, segmentation strategy, and target audiences
- Set and track growth targets including ARR and MAU
- Partner with Product Management on product strategy, roadmap prioritization, packaging, pricing, licensing, offers, and investment decisions
- Develop a B2B Institution vision and roadmap
- Scale the B2B Enterprise GTM multi-touch model and optimize buyer-journey KPIs
- Advocate for students, teachers, and administrators within Adobe
- Attract top talent and develop a world-class Product Marketing team
- Use AI internally to scale workflow productivity and craft the external narrative for Adobe AI tools in education
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12+ years in B2B Enterprise Product Marketing
- 6+ years of people management experience
- Deep understanding of the B2B Enterprise GTM funnel and buying journey
- Expertise in messaging, product strategy, GTM launches, and sales enablement
- Ability to build strong relationships and execute strategy across large matrixed organizations
- Experience building and managing high-performing B2B Product Marketing teams with measurable results
- Experience with distributed teams to grow a global business and scale new markets or segments
- Comfortable using complex data to inform prioritization and resourcing
- Exceptional drive for results, strategic thinking, and communication skills
- Strong work ethic, bias toward action, and innovative thinking
- Experience in education industry is a plus but not required
- Experience with Adobe Creative & Productivity products is a plus but not required
