About the role
- Lead integration initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Quoting, Contracting, and Support systems
- Drive system and data integration strategies for high-priority initiatives and recent acquisitions
- Navigate the needs of multiple cross-functional teams
- Develop and maintain critical artifacts such as Market Problem Statements, Roadmaps, and Epics
- Define initiatives from Concept Accept to Project Plan Commit
- Collaborate with other product managers to build the strategic roadmap
- Coordinate with DX business and Adobe Technology Services (IT)
- Lead pivotal initiatives and major capability improvements
- Translate business requirements into Agile epics and user stories
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- 2-3 years implementing sales processes (e.g., M2L, L2Q, or Q2C, or similar)
- Strong experience with data lineage and governance across platforms
- Experience with system transformations and data integrations
- Proven ability to develop and communicate strategic roadmaps
- Proficient with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience working in CRMs, ideally within a SaaS-based E2E enterprise
- Familiarity with marketing, sales, or support platforms
- Outstanding communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Preferred: Experience or interest in AI product management and predictive analytics solutions.
