About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure that Vestas' safety, health and quality procedures and requirements are followed
- Perform preventive tasks and corrective maintenance
- Carry out maintenance on Vestas turbines at client wind farms across the region
- Monitor the performance of the WTG (Wind Turbine Generator)
- Report turbine conditions and collect data for analysis
- Establish and maintain professional contact with clients when required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics)
- Previous experience working directly on maintenance of industrial and/or wind equipment (advantageous)
- Ability to read, interpret and understand basic drawings and electrical and hydraulic schematics
- Ability and willingness to work at heights and in adverse weather conditions
