About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Keep a close eye on inventory levels and ensure optimal stock accuracy
Help maintain high spare parts availability to support smooth operations
Perform regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies
Analyze inventory variances, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
Prepare clear inventory reports and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training in a commercial or logistics field
At least 2 years of experience in industrial business administration, freight forwarding, or a similar logistics-related role
Experience in a warehouse environment is a plus
Proficient with MS Office applications, especially Excel
Practical experience in inventory management, controlling, and logistics processes
Knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management (WM) is an advantage
Strong planning and organizational abilities
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
