About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform quality inspections of incoming materials and outgoing products to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards
Identify, document, and reject non-conforming materials and products, preventing quality issues from impacting operations or customers
Verify product dimensions and functionality, comparing inspection results against defined requirements and specifications
Accurately record inspection results, non-conformities, and corrective actions in inspection reports and the Vestas Non-Conformity Registration system
Collaborate closely with Warehouse Inbound and Outbound teams, promoting quality awareness and supporting continuous improvement across the supply chain
Investigate quality deviations, support root cause analysis, and ensure quality-related issues are resolved promptly
Recognize risks and opportunities for improvement in advance, promoting higher quality performance and operational excellence

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training in a technical field and at least 2 years of experience in an industrial or technical environment, ideally in a warehouse setting
Solid technical abilities and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings with ease
Good understanding of quality control standards and inspection methods
Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP Warehouse Management and the wind industry is beneficial
Structured and organized approach while managing priorities effectively
Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others while solving problems effectively
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
