Service Sales Manager – Professional
AdobeService Sales Manager responsible for selling service contracts for wind energy solutions. Joining Vestas to enhance customer relationships and contribute to the renewable energy future.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for selling service contracts, service products and optimization solutions for wind farms with Vestas turbines as well as turbines from other manufacturers
- Develop, price and negotiate tailored service contracts and service solutions for customers in the German market and surrounding regions
- Support and advise customers on all commercial matters related to the service product portfolio
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Take commercial responsibility for contract structuring and successful contract closure
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, in particular Service, Legal and Turbine Sales
- Act as an interface between service sales and turbine sales to develop integrated customer solutions
- Analyze customer requirements and develop creative, customer-focused solution approaches to increase customer satisfaction and business success
- Actively contribute to achieving sales and growth targets in the service business
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in engineering or business administration, or an equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in sales or account management with demonstrable customer- and market orientation
- Experience in the service business and knowledge of the wind energy industry are a plus
- Fluent German and very good written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region (approx. 20–30%)
