About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the sale of service agreements, service products and optimization solutions for wind farms equipped with Vestas turbines as well as turbines from other manufacturers
- Develop, price and negotiate tailored service contracts and service solutions for customers in the German market and adjacent regions
- Advise and support customers on all commercial matters related to the service product portfolio
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Take commercial responsibility for contract structuring and successful contract closing
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, in particular Service, Legal and Turbine Sales
- Act as the interface between Service Sales and Turbine Sales to develop integrated customer solutions
- Analyze customer requirements and develop creative, customer-focused solution approaches to increase customer satisfaction and business performance
- Actively contribute to achieving the sales and growth targets in the service business
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification
- 3 to 6 years' professional experience in sales or account management with demonstrable customer and market orientation
- Experience in the service business and knowledge of the wind energy industry are an advantage
- Business-fluent German and very good English, both spoken and written
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region (approx. 20%)
