About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You act as a subject-matter expert in offshore procurement and cover all technical procurement-related activities
You manage and support complex procurement processes and negotiations for offshore construction scopes
You advise and coach colleagues in purchasing on offshore procurement strategies, contract structures and supplier management
You work closely with project teams, sales and supply chain to ensure the availability of subcontractor capacity at optimal cost, quality and safety standards
You ensure effective supplier management, including HSE compliance, quality and timely performance for offshore projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Practical experience in strategic procurement and in contract negotiations for offshore or high-volume logistics categories
At least 5 years of procurement experience related to the offshore wind industry, maritime logistics or indirect procurement
Degree in procurement, supply chain, engineering, logistics or a comparable qualification
Experience handling large, high-value procurement volumes
Very good English skills, both written and spoken
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
