Customer Support
AdobeService Customer Support Representative responsible for managing customer relationships and service contracts in the renewable energy sector. Engaging with clients to ensure contract compliance and project profitability.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Define common strategy in customer relationship management
- Assist the commercial department in the negotiation of new Service Contracts
- Assist with answering contractual questions from Customers
- Assure fulfillment of Service Contracts KPIs
- Lead monthly and regular meetings with Customers
- Deal with technical open cases resolution process
- Control project Billing plan including adequate invoicing
- Ensure timely collection of customer payments
- Responsible for contract availability monitoring
Requirements
What you’ll need- Engineering or Business Administration degree
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing position
- Good business sense and good economical understanding of contracts
- Contract and Project management knowledge
- Language skills: Spanish and English fluent, Portuguese desired
- Wind turbine, Energy or Aircrfat industry experience would be considered.
