About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the planning and execution of offshore wind projects within the service department.
- Ensure delivery aligned with Vestas' standards for safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
- Champion Vestas' 'Safety First' culture across all activities.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
- Act as the primary interface with customers, ensuring alignment on expectations and delivery outcomes.
- Work closely with engineering, procurement, logistics, construction, and service teams.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks in advance.
- Contribute to Vestas' continuous improvement culture by applying lessons learned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in offshore wind, renewable energy, or large-scale infrastructure.
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects in at least one of the following: offshore construction/installation, wind turbine generator (WTG) delivery, service/operations (O&M)
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of offshore HSE requirements.
