About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Report to the Operations Manager
- Ensure that Health & Safety procedures and Vestas Quality requirements are followed
- Ensure the Vestas Global Operating Model is being adhered to by the operations team
- Ensure the asset Maintenance Plan is executed in compliance
- Monitor progress of scheduled activities, ensuring planned work is completed
- Monitor the performance of wind farms
- Manage key asset performance indicators and develop action plans
- Prepare the annual project budget and ensure there are no cost variances
- Maintain direct client contact and lead operational meetings at the management level
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering)
- Experience in wind farm management or industrial maintenance management
- Experience in financial management and cost control
- Proven experience in team management
- Valid driver’s license (category B)
- MS Office
- Power BI
- English language skills considered a plus
