About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, leveraging customer intimacy to ensure renewals of Service Contracts and secure additional business.
- Define common strategy in customer relationship management (aligned with Operation Managers).
- Assist the commercial department in the negotiation of new Service Contracts, Renewals, Settlements, Amendments and Additional Services quotations.
- Assist with answering contractual questions from Customers, Sales Department and Service Operations.
- Assure fulfillment of Service Contracts KPIs.
- Lead monthly and regular meetings with Customers, assuring compliance of contractual obligations.
- Deal with technical open cases resolution process (clear communication, regular meetings, close collaboration with Product Support, Engineering, etc.)
- Control project Billing plan including adequate invoicing of fees, variables, aftersales, bonus and penalties.
- Ensure timely collection of customer payments and assure overdues management.
- Ensure correct information in SAP and Sales Force related to the Contract.
- Responsible for contract availability monthly monitoring and negotiation with customer related to production period, supporting Service Operations.
- Maintain Monthly Reports deliveries to Customers.
- Prepare project monthly reports and present it to the board.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Engineering or Business Administration degree.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing position (e.g. sales, project management, contract management, particularly with large complex customers) within the energy market.
- Good business sense and good economical understanding of contracts.
- Contract and Project management knowledge.
- Language skills: Spanish and English fluent, Portuguese desired.
- Wind turbine, Energy or Aircraft industry experience would be considered.
