Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage the execution of new M&A transactions across all phases of the M&A lifecycle
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on M&A integration activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 10 years of consulting experience or relevant experience
Demonstrated success in Global M&A and large-scale M&A IT integrations
Strong background in information technology and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS)
Familiarity with cloud platforms and enterprise architecture
Ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment across global organizations
Excellent interpersonal skills and executive experience
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
