About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the third-party roadmap across Adobe's most strategic AI platform partnerships.
- For priority surfaces, co-develop the product experience with end-to-end user personas, key workflows, UI/UX, and freemium models, in close collaboration with partners and internal teams.
- Unlock new distribution models.
- Size, explore, and pilot emerging concepts including agent-as-a-service in select consumer and commercial verticals that create entirely new top-of-funnel entry points and revenue streams for Adobe.
- Drive with a PLG approach.
- Define new-to-industry growth loops and funnels.
- Structure the team roadmap to balance fast iterative launches with a clearly articulated longer-term vision.
- Treat every ship as a learning opportunity.
- Complete tasks at high velocity.
- Manage a running release train with ship timelines tied to major platform moments and weekly executive-level reporting.
- Develop POV and run A/B tests on new business models that go meaningfully beyond Adobe's current commercial playbook.
- Operate as a connective force across product, engineering, partnerships, corporate strategy, and GTM.
- Inspire partner teams to come along on the journey while ensuring coherence with Adobe's broader agentic ecosystem.
- Develop deep familiarity with the creators, builders, and businesses using these new agentic surfaces through direct research, data, and partnership insights and identify unmet needs and ensure Adobe's capabilities land where they create genuine value.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of product or innovation leadership experience, ideally within creative software, AI-driven products, or productivity ecosystems.
- Deep fluency in AB testing methodology, growth models and working with data
- Deep understanding of creative workflows and empathy for the creative community.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, with the ability to connect high-level vision to pragmatic execution.
- Skilled collaborator with strong executive presence — able to influence and align diverse teams across product, engineering, research, and design.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and defining new categories in rapidly evolving spaces.
- Passion for Adobe’s mission and a belief that AI should empower, not replace, human creativity.
