About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with the Senior Director of North America Channel Sales
- Accelerate sales excellence and reveal market opportunities
- Optimize sales processes and programs across direct and indirect sales teams
- Manage day-to-day operational health through pipeline reviews
- Collaborate closely with the Reporting and Automation team
- Act as a change agent in a fast-paced environment
- Manage various ad-hoc projects that call for analytical and critical thinking
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of work experience in operations or related field
- Embraces AI-powered tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.)
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills, as well as presentation skills
- Ability to build trust and drive accountability & ownership
- Ability to mine, manipulate and present data
- Must have sophisticated Excel skills, Tableau knowledge will be good and experience with Power BI preferable
- Experience with CRM systems like SFDC or MSFT Dynamics or equivalent
- Must demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Ability to be successful working in a highly matrixed environment
