About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Establish and oversee the implementation of safety practices and protocols.
- Cultivate a culture of safety, structure, and continuous improvement.
- Lead and develop a team of Service Technicians.
- Interface with customers, address inquiries, and collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues.
- Manage site budgets, cost allocations, and operational revenues.
- Develop and deliver continuous improvement plans.
- Provide technical support to Service Technicians for diagnosing and resolving issues.
- This is a 100% travel position.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Valid driver’s license required; ability to obtain a passport.
- Experience in P&L management
- Experience managing safety programs
- Advanced computer operation and internet-based program navigation skills.
