About the role
- Support strategic initiatives and business planning across Integrated Customer Experience (ICX)
- Develop business strategies including financial ROI models, marketplace comparisons, and pilot concepts
- Develop and implement strategies to accelerate scaling the team and operationalize new ideas
- Partner with leadership to deliver strategic projects (e.g., technology evaluations, building customer value creation, scaling sales operations)
- Use data to conduct in-depth analyses across customer segments, regions, and product lines to identify key drivers and opportunities
- Manage day-to-day operational needs and lead complex multi-functional projects on behalf of the VP of ICX
- Act as the strategic thought partner to Leadership and help craft strategy for various business initiatives
- Encourage teams to break organizational assumptions and challenge the status quo
Requirements
- Experienced Strategist to support strategic initiatives and business planning across ICX
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a bent towards execution and results
- Ability to synthesize complex ideas and extract significant information relevant to a particular audience
- Assertive approach and track record of strategic storytelling; ability to lead and influence all levels of partners including executive leadership
- Experience with planning processes and/or metrics and measurement (desired)
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- High-energy, team-first attitude; motivated to work hard in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Quick learning and a history of driving results
- Ability to collaborate closely with Sales & Support Delivery, Business Operations, Product Management, Customer Data Insights & Analytics, and FP&A
