About the role

  • Lead technical discovery sessions and executive workshops to identify high-value use cases that unlock measurable business value
  • Architect and present comprehensive technical solutions to C-suite executives, aligning Adobe's capabilities with strategic business objectives
  • Design enterprise-grade integrations and workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams through the enterprise sales cycle
  • Build and demonstrate technical prototypes and next-generation creative workflows using Adobe APIs, AI services, and related technology
  • Script, produce, and deliver executive-level technical demonstrations translating complex capabilities into clear business value
  • Design technical architectures bridging creative tools, enterprise systems, and AI/ML capabilities
  • Serve as technical authority on Adobe Firefly Services, Creative Cloud APIs, and Digital Experience technologies
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with key stakeholders post-signature to ensure successful implementation and adoption
  • Identify and develop new use cases within existing accounts to drive expansion and deeper platform adoption
  • Influence Adobe product roadmaps based on enterprise customer feedback and represent Adobe at industry events and advisory boards

Requirements

  • 8+ years combined technical presales and customer success experience with enterprise software solutions
  • Proven track record advancing enterprise deals and growing existing accounts through technical validation
  • Exceptional executive presence with C-suite presentation experience and ability to manage multi-stakeholder processes
  • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and practical experience implementing AI-powered solutions
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise creative production workflows using Adobe Creative Cloud or competitive tools
  • Experienced JavaScript full-stack developer comfortable developing and deploying enterprise applications with AWS or Azure
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions
  • Ability to storyboard, produce, and edit your own demos using Pr, Ps, AEM, Workfront, Frame, Express etc.
  • Track record of maintaining customer satisfaction and driving technical adoption
  • Flexible to travel as needed (max 20%)
Benefits
  • The U.S. pay range for this position is $133,900 -- $242,000 annually.
  • Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary; short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
  • Certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
