Act as Solution Account Manager (SAM) for Renewals covering smaller, mid-market and greenfield accounts in Germany
Client-facing member of a multi-functional Central Europe retention team
Serve as single point of contact for existing clients covering all Digital Experience (DX) solutions
Set expectations for customer experience, keep account information up-to-date, and support customer inquiries
Support customers with specific solution resources and resolve issues and concerns as needed
Identify and grow opportunities, assess renewal risks, and ensure growth attainment
Keep customer satisfaction high to derive outstanding customer retention
Collaborate with internal peers across the matrix and handle stressful situations professionally
Requirements
Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English
Willingness to work self-organized and keep up the pace even if a process is not straight-forward
Readiness to discuss and to solve (difficult) customer situations even without streamlined processes
Results oriented work, passion and reliability
