About the role
- Act as Solution Account Manager (SAM) for Renewals covering smaller, mid-market and greenfield accounts in Germany
- Client-facing member of a multi-functional Central Europe retention team
- Serve as single point of contact for existing clients covering all Digital Experience (DX) solutions
- Set expectations for customer experience, keep account information up-to-date, and support customer inquiries
- Support customers with specific solution resources and resolve issues and concerns as needed
- Identify and grow opportunities, assess renewal risks, and ensure growth attainment
- Keep customer satisfaction high to derive outstanding customer retention
- Collaborate with internal peers across the matrix and handle stressful situations professionally
Requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English
- Willingness to work self-organized and keep up the pace even if a process is not straight-forward
- Readiness to discuss and to solve (difficult) customer situations even without streamlined processes
- Results oriented work, passion and reliability
- Appetite for continued learning
