About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with existing customers to renew and expand their Enterprise Agreements with Adobe.
- Support renewal opportunities in partnership with Solution Account Managers in the Mid Market/Scale space.
- Assist customers in understanding Adobe enterprise solutions, configuration, environment, and how they fit within their current infrastructure and business processes
- Drive awareness into the account base through regular email campaigns and drive attendance to live and online seminars
- Close renewal and expansion business on a monthly basis, meeting or exceeding your quarterly and annual quota objectives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years of prior inside/outside sales experience, preferably in enterprise software, with a proven track record of success
- Experience with Customer Journey (Marketo), Adobe Commerce (Magento) and Workflow (Workfront) solutions are desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Must have strong skills in the following: communication, presentation skills, negotiation, organization, and attention to detail.
- Experience in prospect to closure and holding quota for your own territory
- Accurately forecast and manage pipeline on a monthly and quarterly basis
